Please put the topic in the subject line, for example *Support*, *Partnership* or *Waitlist removal*, so we can route your message quickly.

## Technical support

If something in the app is not working, tell us which wallet you use, whether you are on a phone or a computer, and what you saw on the screen. A screenshot helps. For sending and receiving problems, include the transaction link from the Flare explorer if you have one.

**Never include your recovery phrase, private key or passwords in any message to us.** We will never ask for them.

## Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in the Flare Vault website or in the Legacy Vault contract, please email report@flarevaultapp.xyz with the subject *Security report*. Include enough detail for us to understand and reproduce the issue: what you did, what you expected, what happened, and the contract or page involved.

- Please give us a reasonable chance to investigate and fix the issue before sharing it publicly.
- Test only with your own wallet and your own funds. Do not access other people’s funds or data.
- Do not share secret credentials in your report.

If you represent a wallet, protocol, exchange or other project in the Flare ecosystem and would like to work with us, email support@flarevaultapp.xyz with the subject *Partnership* and a short description of your idea.
